2 year old are allowed to be outside in their yard without a leash? Plenty of videos online showing that pitbulls will attack supervised children.
if it took a SIGNIFICANT amount of effort to get the dogs to attack, you as the pet own could have picked up the cat and removed yourselves…or even avoided the scenario entirely.
