One of the most chilling accounts of the holocaust, is a person describing being ushered on a train, being told, they are being relocated and they will have a hot meal and clothes and blankets when they arrive. The approach a huge hill, with a big line, the guards gleefully telling them they will get hot meals and everything else as soon as they get in, this guard of course was playing a cruel joke. His mind destroyed by the depravity of the Nazis.

Then the victim describes topping the hill to see mass graves and they arrive at a station where a Nazi looks in their mouth to see if they have any gold and silver teeth, and proceeds to yank them out before they get into the camp. That is Adolf Hitler. There is a reason people refer to him as the most evil person. Sure others killed more indirectly, but Hitler killed millions systematically and with intention. Pure hatred and pure depravity and pure existential nihilism.

Other thing these far right psychos were doing, human experimentation, vivisection, (operating on people while they are alive) to do medical experiments. Freezing people to death to see how long it would take frost bite to kill them. Mind control and brainwashing experiments. Testing drugs on them. One of the guys who was operating on living prisoners was named Joseph Mangdeleve. After the war he was sent to the U.S to work with the CIA and eventually ended up in a psychiatric hospital in Canada where he ended up operating on live human test subjects once again. All of this within full knowledge of the entire U.S, U.K, and Canadian government.

When you realize the full history of what the U.S and other right wing governments have been up to, Epstein seems fairly tame in comparison. Epstein is nowhere near the worse person the U.S protected and essentially made into a spy with diplomatic immunity.

Pretty sure I’ve killed more in Stellaris.

Let’s see: Stolen the lands of lithoid species, purged some cute murder geckos that tried to annihilate my civilization, purged some sentient fungi, purged some space foxes because they were in my future property, deactivated some ancient robots, turned sentient plants into food, purged some xenos that dared to look human but not quite and blew up some stars for funs.

Lil Adolf is just a noob in comparison.

When you refer to Joseph Mangdeleve, are you confusing Josef Mengelev (Nazi doctor, escaped to Argentina, drowned at the beach in 1979) with Ewen Cameron, Scottish doctor involved in MK ULTRA in Canada and the US for the CIA, testing LSD on mental patients?

Cameron wasn’t associated with the nazi party, although his experiments were probably inspired by Nazi work including Mengelev, who did do lots of experiments on concerntration camp victims, especially twins.

I don’t even think you could find a source for that anymore. I researched that nearly 20 years ago. Nowadays almost every search engine on the web will not even allow you to search for stuff like that, or even things like who is funding your political parties. There is a ton of stuff being censored nowadays. Also if you do find good sources, you should archive it and not reveal it to anyone on the internet, only in real life, because they will scrub it from the internet. This is the main thing they are using their surveillance to do as far as I can tell, find any information they don’t want out there and scrubbing it. They are crowd sourcing it and are probably using AI to do it now, but that’s still expensive per token so they are still relying a lot on mass surveillance to try to erase history.

They’re also confusing the nazi human experiments with the Japanese unit 731.

Also are they saying that Hitler literally ushered Jews onto trains and escorted them to the death camps?

Like. He’s the most evil person in human history but I don’t think he was that hands on.

This is nothing new. Christians have been treating this as a thought exercise for eighty ish years and evangelicals and Mormons have periodically decided it was brownie points for them to forgive hitler.

There was an article thirty or so years back that did a deep dive on orson scott card that argued the Ender Series was a thinly veiled example of this.

Call me crazy, but I don’t think anything is going to get better in this country until we cancel anti-American propaganda networks on American television.

I’ve been around long enough to have witnessed Fox “News” and dipshits like Rush Limbaugh cause the current mania we’re experiencing.

It really is all on them. It wasn’t like this before they showed up.

I was raised Baptist and suicide = hell is definitely a thing. Some sort of catch about being unable to ask for forgiveness or something but it’s definitely seen as a mortal sin.

Basically for Protestants in particular you have to have suicide be a hellworthy offense. Because if the only single thing you need to do to get into heaven is to accept Jesus as your lord and savior, requiring nothing else and wiping away any past wrongs, then there is no incentive not to just immediately kill yourself afterwards and go straight to heaven. It would quickly devolve into a death cult. Don’t want that cuz you can’t grift them all out of money if they kill themselves.

It’s a primarily a Catholic thing. The reasoning is that for every sin you commit, you must ask forgiveness (confession). By committing suicide, you have committed a sin but cannot ask for forgiveness and are thus condemned.

No. Being able to do that was why Martin Luther had the whole problem with indulgences.

You could pay the church to forgive a sin before committing it.

Most Protestants also regard suicide as a grievous sin. Some of the more liberal Protestants accept, with some hemming and hawing that assisted suicide might not send you straight to Hell. As for the fundies, I don’t believe there’s a consistent consensus view.

🤷🏻‍♂️🤷🏻‍♂️ for me it’s you believe in an all powerful omnipresent and all the other Omni deity that grants you entrance to an eternal afterlife and knowing the concept of humanity is born into sin and nothing we do truly makes us sinless combined with 'Once saved, always saved" why would this one sin prevent you entry? Some would argue cardinal sins or some sins carry more weight but all sin is equal. Humans give sin a tier system. Not God.

Let’s assume god was ok with someone ordering the extermination of an entire group of people. Hitler died by suicide and the last time I checked that was still a no-no.

The torture, the sex crimes at all levels, reducing humanity to chattel and ash. If there’s a god that approves of any of that, I’m staying atheist (in fact, the “problem of justice” is a philosophical argument against god, and that applies very much to the holocaust).

Not sure we were all told he killed himself. Who knows someone else could of pulled the trigger. But regardless no way he went to heaven. He would have never asked for forgiveness but in his mind he did nothing wrong.

Let’s assume god was ok with someone ordering the extermination of an entire group of people.

Don’t need to assume, we know for a fact he endorses it.

      Deuteronomy 20.

16 However, in the cities of the nations the Lord your God is giving you as an inheritance, do not leave alive anything that breathes. 17 Completely destroy[a] them—the Hittites, Amorites, Canaanites, Perizzites, Hivites and Jebusites—as the Lord your God has commanded you.

A separate fun fact, zionists believe Palestinians are the descendants of amalek. I’ll leave what that implies as an exercise for the reader.
