Not because it’s crass, but because making fun of the way somebody looks because of something wrong they’ve done is mean and unrelated. There may be other people, who look the way she does, who do not deserve the meanness you put out. Don’t hurt people who do not deserve it; it doesn’t bode well to be mean as a response, especially to something as inert as the way somebody looks.
I don’t need to be preached to about it. I’ll respond to it how I’ll respond. Other people aren’t putting themselves out there being assholes who look like her so my response isn’t directed at them or victimizing them for their looks. I’m no peach either.

I’m speculating about her biases; she views the activity of go-karting to be a childish activity, and therefore the dude is childish. She sees a dude asking for something for free as entitled.
