    everybody immediately dismissed her self-defense position, and she was sentenced to 25 years in prison, where she will likely die.

    This is surprising.

      It’s a woman (who was violent) remember. There is always a hierarchy, and given how blatant this was, it was probably easier to let her hang than to defend her. Save the MAGA energy for a good old boy.

      A bit, yeah, especially in MAGA friendly Ocala. Even if the prosecutor wanted to show some leniency, the old bitch’s past behavior precluded that. It was extremely clear that she planned and committed this murder, leaving 4 young kids without a mother. Even MAGAs couldn’t deny that.
