If you like the any of the Elder Scrolls games and haven’t checked out OpenMW, it’s really impressive and worth checking out. They’ve talked about adding support for Oblivion/Skyrim too, which would be amazing.
Is it playable for someone who has never played Morrowind? Storywise? Or still need to wait a while?
Yeah, the whole base game should be playable, modulo any bugs. I haven’t tried mods, but a lot (most?) of them should work, unless they’re mucking around with the engine itself.
