I need to stop using MSN. They keep changing story URLs without notice. The gist of the story is that Kentucky changed divorce law so that it was presumed that men would get 50% time with their children and that child support would be 50/50 so that there’s no payment if both parents make the same income. The result was a large drop in divorce rates.
