Bad people and bad organizations can do good things.

That doesn’t make them good though. They both just want the same thing: more money and more power for themselves at the expense of the common folk.

I mean it often happens that two entities get into a dispute where they deserve each other.

But of course in this case I’m on the side that wants more free communication on the Internet, i.e. that of X, whatever its other failings may be.
