    I like to mention “Motor Mania” (Disney, 1950) from time to time, but I’ve apparently been sleeping on other mid-century satirical anti-car cartoons. Nice find!

    If that were real, pedestrians would be so much safer than today.

    The car can’t go fast. If he leaves the road slightly, he will get wrapped around a lightpole.

    And the bar is so low that it can’t hurt vital organs

      Well, the bar would make you trip so if you fall behind you will hit your head, if you fall in front you will be like grated cheese, and if tgere are many cars…yeah okay, let’s stop my imagination
