Freedom of speech now no longer applies to the press? Thomas Paine’s writins of Common Sense might beg tp differ.
Seems only coverage of Trump’s #SoMuchWinning will be allowed. Followed by footage of his staff fellating him live on TV.
…footage of his staff fellating him live on TV…
Eewwww!
I’m sad now.
He is right, they should report more about Epstein /s
So the national anthem tells us we’re “free” and “brave.” Maybe it’s time to update that.
F.C.C. stands for Full Conjob Coverup
Forthright Corruption Complicity
This is what MSM gets for bending over backwards to support the war. Rather than accolades for toeing the line, they get threatened for speaking even an ounce of truth.
And this is why I’m glad I no longer watch TV.
(though in reality, the separation came in 1999 when we got broadband internet)
Time for everyone with folks over 45 that still tune in and watch broadcast news to drop them stories like this and ask them if this was how the Soviet Union used to behave. Even better if you’ve got grandparents in their 60’s.
Put that reminder into their heads. Seriously.
It’s time to set the mental foxes into the henhouses of complacency.
I’m glad my elderly relatives actually came from across the iron curtain. We don’t agree on much politically, but they saw the signs ever since Trump1.0, and recognized them for what they were.
I have no sympathy for MSM at all. They’ve always bowed down to their billionaire masters on what to report & what not to report. They wonder why people like myself turn to independent media & podcasts for actual news.

At some point they’ll have to pull some 1984 “our glorious airstrikes destroyed 1,500 sites today and absolutely none of them were children’s hospitals, and we had a very minimal number of friendly air collisions”.
The fact that the Third Reich fell and that the Nürnberg Trials happened gives me hope. The fact that it took six years of war and 15 million victims does not.
Yeah, but who’s gonna come and liberate USA?
The Allied Forces of course.
If there are none today, there surely will be after six years of dumb endless war.
Seriously though, sometimes it looks like it’s going to implode all by itself.
Can we break up these monopolies and throw this clown in prison?
Christ. About 50% of everything consumed is going to fall into the hands of a father and a son that are part of the PEDOnald crime wave.
And that’s not going to be enough for these assholes. I want this FCC chair to be among those arrested if we get sane leadership.
The Democrats cannot come in with the same bullshit attitude that Obama had toward W’s regime.
The Democrats cannot come in with the same bullshit attitude that Obama had toward W’s regime.
Trust me, they will. They’ll use the same, empty promise bullshit that people want to hear just to get everyone’s votes.
“It’s time for the country to heal and come together.”
Lemme guess. He can do it the easy way or the hard way?
That’s how you know the war is going well lmao
OTA broadcasters never had freedom of speech, and broadcasters aren’t the press. That’s the price the government levied on them for free use of broadcast spectrum. That’s why when any of the jumped up psychopaths in the Oval Office wanted to propagandize to the nation they were allowed to use the networks to do so. Its always been creepy and weird and almost unique in the west.
OTA broadcasters never had freedom of speech, and broadcasters aren’t the press.
Never? Edward R. Murrow?
Even then.
broadcasters aren’t the press
:-/
“You can say whatever you please, but we reserve the right to make sure nobody can hear you”
It comes back to Clinton/biden’s 30 year old telecoms act again…
Back in the day they couldn’t try this, because it was a huge number of owners.
Now it’s a handful of giant corporations owned by political allies, which makes applying pressure easy.
Any opposition from broadcasters is controlled, but eventually the government will ask for more than corps want to give, and they won’t have an option.
