In addition, rated transmission power shall not exceed 80W.

They decided to break compatibility with the rest of the world. Stupid yeah, but what’s there to be suspicious about?
I guess it would be sus if Huawei was using some charging frequencies that China was cool with, and this just so happened to only impact a lot of manufacturers that were outside of China.
But I don’t know if Huawei is or isn’t impacted. Finding frequencies in recent tech specs is kind of hard.
So what frequency do Huawei chargers use?
