I recommend IceBugs, Swedish manufacturer with environmental profile. Absolutely awesome running and trekking shoes and their insoles are way better than the ones from a regular shoe store.
Also Adidas is still German, isn’t it? They still have good soles on their sneakers.

Nudie Jeans might be worth taking a look at. It’s a Swedish brand that among other things will repair your jeans for free for life. Quite nice.
