it’s probably a screenshot from reddit where sharing someone’s username is against the rules because “doxing” or something like that.
It is clearly a tweet. It even says twitter web client on there.
it’s a screenshot of a tweet. yes. that screenshot was probably posted on reddit originally. that’s why it’s censored. then someone downloaded it and posted it to Lemmy.
