          I use 5 different browsers including brave, each have their strengths.

          All the technical points mentioned there are not really relevant to me, because I turned off that other stuff.

          Would I trust it with my really sensitive data? No. Do I have respect for the people behind the browser? Some of them are ok, some not. Honestly, using American tech it’s hard to swing a cat around in a room and not hit a nazi

          But when it’s better than the Firefox forks or Chrome, I see no reason not to use it for those use cases. It does its job well.

            You dont need to explain. You can use whatever you want. Freedom of choice. Im just providing the answer for your question.

              Right and I’m saying it’s ok to boycott based on toxic people ; but there is no technical reason to avoid this one

    Although, I use a lot of apps using their own f-droid repo, like Molly, Futo apps, Ungoogled Chromium etc., but in Brave’s case, I will use it only when it will be available on the official F-Droid repo.

    I don’t trust Brave.
