Drunk or not, many people are irresponsible and it shows when they drive. I see many dangerous things pretty much every hour of driving.
So many people just driving in the passing lane
In Milton they treat red lights like stop signs
Not that it’s an excuse but drinking does impair judgement. Using a mobile phone while driving is as big a risk but is a sober decision.
