I don’t get the last frame
The circular frame is supposed to mean they’re on camera, ala how a cheating couple was recently caught.
Reference to current affairs. Look up “Coldplay kiss cam”
It’s referencing a recent news event where two people were caught on a kiss cam at a Coldplay concert and were very awkward about it. Other people figured out that it was the CEO and employee of some tech company:
