Assuming you’re being serious, and depending on what you mean by “drunk” that seems a bit nuts to me.
Of course, if by “drunk” you mean “so completely plastered that she is no longer able to convincingly express consent”, then yeah, sure, obviously, and may no one ever be so as unfortunate as to become that inebriated.
