11.5 years mostly in bed so far here

Oh gods my arthritis was flaring up really bad last fall and I couldn’t bend my knee even a little without it being completely unbearably painful. Eventually I had to put on my knee brace and use my cane just to be able to get out of bed. That was such a miserable week and a half.
