This is so depressing. I remember 10 years ago seeing how the world was changing, I was full of hope for the future, we were slowly becoming more socially accepting of minorities and it seemed to be slightly getting better. Now the progress didn’t stop, it fucking reversed and shit is so much worse than it was. This makes me really sad.

they didn’t, the building was just of good quality. I think it really just depends on the country and region. I live in a huge city so that might be why the building is of good quality… but also in my country these blocks are known for being solid.

I live in post soviet block, it’s refurbished so it’s not ugly and grayish and the quality is sooo much better than my previous apartment. My previous apartment was from 2013 and you could literally hear your neighbour cooking, cleaning, talking. In my current flat there’s no issues like that.
