I don’t understand whats so hard with understanding communism.

You all work for a similar wage. There is universal health and education.

All the other stuff are just truisms that you find it every dogma, all used to justify their system and the controls to maintain it.

In the 100 plus years since its development every communist state has faced crazy amounts of external aggression and hate.

This has forced them to double down on the industrial military complex, which, because their a communist state, allowed to dedicate even more resources to the endeavour of war then even a capitalistic state could.

However being hopelessly out numbered by hostile countries the paranoia and hate overwhelmed there initial desire to make a utopia.

Which, when combined with the knocking off, one by one, of their allies, and the Iraq war (which lead to oil revenues collapsing when oil hit $20 a barrel) the USSR, rightly so, collapsed.

But this doesn’t make communism instrically wrong or bad. Just it was a idea that faced crazy amounts of hostility.

I bought a bunch of sub $400 (Australian dollaroos at that) 4k monitors (Samsung, viewsonic etc). Their not the greatest monitors but this was like 5 years ago. Some were on special.

You can play a lot of older games in 4k and it makes a big difference.

4k gaming is more then accessible and far better in my view then high refresh rate gaming at 1080p or 1440p.

Even 200k is in the corporate space fairly beign.

One company I worked was paying out that sort of money for basic worker bees who had hit the 80 week max redundancy pay out point (20 years tenure).

Every restructure meeting was the strangest thing I’ve ever been to where people were just so depressed and upset at not being made redundant.

So yeah $200k wasn’t unusual (when all your other benefits were paid out, including sick leave that fricken accrued in perpetuity)

• considering the circles that Epstein, the people he was involved in, including heads of state, former heads of state, politicians, factional powerbrokers, scientists, actors, celebrities and a multitude of oligarchs.

These are the circles intelligence agencies walk in. But who he was involved with is probably gonna be harder to work out.

Outside of DoJ actually prosecuting Trump and the others implicated in the file (what does my head in is despite what we’ve seen so far is the idea that nothing in the files is actionable) what is the point?

The DoJ was able to make a case against Ghislane but no one else? Yeah right.

If the government cannot, will not, prosecute then what is the point of the files? And because it’s all underlined with the “some of the accusations are unfounded and invalid” it gives the MAGA sphere the ability to put their cognitive dissonance glasses on and argue it away.

Just like how they argued and denied the mountains of evidence, especially in relation to his sexual assault cases, much of it from the fucker’s very mouth, that he was a rapist and paedophile.

We knew this back in 2014-2015 during the campaign that he had raped and sexually assaulted women under the age of 18 in his competitions. We already have strong circumstantial evidence that he raped his daughter. We even have a court of law stating he is a rapist.

And this is just the personal matters against Trump. I’m using a 7700k from like 2017. I got me a 3070 and 32GB of ram and I can still play 4k @60fps on games like Horizon Zero Dawn, Dead Island 2 Starwars Outlaws (great game) and Cyberpunk (yes fine with DLSS).

And older stuff like F04, Battletech, HL2, Black Mesa, Fallen order.

Would I like something more powerful. Sure. Cyberpunk natively rendered would be cool. But it won’t really change my day to day. For that I’d need to spend way more on a fancy monitor which seems kinda moot when I’m already at 4k @ 60hz.
