Anyone or anything which claims to provide security does so at the cost of liberty and privacy. By nature, freedom and liberty for the individual are unsafe for the collective. Not to mention, these laws are being applied proactively to prevent behavior, rather than reactively to punish wrongdoing.

Frankly, this is wrong.
