I like Medical System Expansion 2 for this, it adds bionic limbs with arm pieces, hand pieces and finger pieces; plus upgrades you can install into the bionic to specialize them.
🤔 Looking through the description, it seems to say that I would no longer have to replace someone’s perfectly healthy arm and shoulder just to fit a bionic hand. Heresy!
This is funny, but I think the rimworld thought process is that gloves and shoes protect skin and flesh. When your hands and feet are fully articulating titanium, you don’t need a thin layer of fabric to protect them.
Of course, people might want to still wear these things for fashion, so fuck you rimworld. Mod away!
