I just love how in Paint the Town Red you can just select a level and fight people, especially in goofy ways. The gore sometimes grosses me out, though.

Bonus if they feature multiplayer!

    Not sure if it fits, but Dragon’s Crown from Vanillaware may be worth checking out. It’s not as goofy, and as many Vanillaware games the design of the characters may not be your thing, but it’s a fun beat 'em up with repeatable content that feels fresh every time.
