    IMO it is one the best OP chapters. I do not have a top chapters ranking or anything, but this must be in something like top 5%.

    Xebec is chad as ever.

      Garps only possible redeem could be ‘wanting to change the system from the inside’ but bro had more than 50 years time for that.
      Or maybe he was piping info directly to his son.
      We’re gonna get into his backstory and reasoinng soon enough I’m sure
