Upward shots typically make you look larger. Not with filters on though. She’s the biggest fraud.
In this top line of images you will see Sarah Nicole Landry @thebirdspapaya, in a selection of images that are all taken from her TV appearances (including Traitors Canada), or from a professional video shoot (Women’s Health magazine). Since these were all taken by production teams in a professional studio setting, Sarah would have had her makeup done by a professional, the lighting would be top notch and the best cameras would be used. On the far left of this group of images is a photo of The Birds Papaya (Sarah), from High School. I think all of these images look like the same person.
On the bottom line of images you will see six images of Sarah from her Instagram, these image are from 2023-2024. In 2023 Sarah openly discussed her struggle with weight gain. None of these selfies are from her “thin” era. The images are all from an era in that Sarah claimed that she wasn’t filtering or editing her images or videos. Sarah also claims that she hasn’t had lip filler since 2018. These claims have been made by Sarah in magazines articles, on podcasts and in her direct messages. The claims have also been posted on her Instagram. Sarah Nicole Landry positioned herself as a body positive/confidence influencer who doesn’t filter or use fillers. Personally I think the person in this lower row of selfie video images looks very different to the person in the top line of images.

This is a reality check for Sarah Nicole Landry. The left side image is her pre-weight loss (first time) and social media fame. The right side image is of Sarah in 2023. This image is a still from a Reitmans TikTok video campaign. A video made by Reitmans where Sarah couldn’t add filters. Looks like the same person and nothing like the person she shows on her filtered Instagram stories.
In the new Traitors Canada teaser, Sarah Nicole Landry looks like she did high school. Just a little older. (& She also must have had an upper eye lift.) That said, in the Traitors Canada teaser, The Birds Papaya (Sarah’s instagram handle @thebirdspapaya looks nothing like what she posts in her Instagram stories.
She does look like herself and that’s nothing like the image she pushes out all day everyday!

On this day, @thebirdspapaya was on an all-expenses-paid trip to Mexico, modelling for Knix. The left side image is from a video Sarah made in her hotel room. The right side is from a behind-the-scenes video made by another content creator. The left side clearly highlights the body slimming and facial-altering filter. The right side image is more natural and authentic; however, it looks like a slight body filter was still used (blurring of body and lines on the wall). The filters are very noticeable on her face. #sarahnicolelandry has a hook nose, not a button nose. Eight days until Traitors Canada 2025 premieres.
