A good little shop in philly. They cant claim the best cheesesteaks in the city, but the make a very good one. I swear next time I go Ima try on their other sandwhices. Fries for scale.

I don’t know, man, have you tried roast beef with cheese whiz in a hotdog bun and nuked in the microwave?
On a serious note, that actually looks really delicious.
Also, I have to ask: Pat’s or Geno’s?
I have not, but lol seems like an ok homemade.
I would choose neither. Jims has the best cheesesteaks in Philly, 4th and South. Those two are tourist traps.
Pat’s and Geno’s are only special for having been around a while.
One of them (i forget which) does thick cut steak. Now, I personally abhore that on a cheesesteak, but I do appreciate that option being there for people who want it.
Then again, I last had one there in the late 90s or early 00s, so no idea what they are like now.
Fair enough. I haven’t been there since the mid-00s myself, so I couldn’t tell you.
