Yeah, it took a war of attrition that spanned the distance from Stalingrad to Berlin and the Normandy invasion that made him pull that Walther’s trigger. Do you really want the Russians fighting their way Westward here in the space year 2025?

Remember it would be great if Hitler really ended that way, but there’s a ton of evidence that he relocated to Argentina via submarine, lived out the rest of his natural life there.

No there isn’t. There’s a lot of evidence we don’t know what the fuck happened to the body, but that cunt died utterly defeated and crushed and the world rejoiced.

We stuck a car park on top.

Yep. Am I the only one here who’s heard about this?? Go down the rabbit hole learning about it. Mid-to-late 1940’s a significant German presence built up a village in Argentina, populated by former high ranking Nazi German officials. The village is replete with traditional German architecture & decoration. The defected Nazis made servants out of the local Argentinian citizens, swore them to secrecy regarding the banquets & ceremonies & the general presence of Nazis. By now of course people who were adults in the 1940s are no longer alive. The entire village still exists, it’s become a tourist attraction the last 20-ish years.

Yes, those along the ride for the power and not the devout beliefs tend to slip out the back and book for foreign lands when things go south.

The cult leaders on the other hand implode spectacularly

I’ve heard of high-ranking Nazis living in Argentina, but I haven’t heard of any compelling evidence Hitler was among them.

Also weird is the skull purported to have been found in the Germany bunker turned out to be the skull of a woman. None of Hitler’s remains were ever found.

Wikipedia says that in 2017 the soviet dental records were once again matched to x rays from life and conformed to his diet. That said, it appeared that that jaw didn’t die by oral gunshot

Some real bastards got through the ratlines including mengele, but Hitler didn’t stand a chance there. His body was destroyed, likely to avert posthumous humiliation (which was done to mussolini) as Berlin was shelled by the soviets. Even if he had made it to Argentina, Mossad spent half a century killing nazis in South America. If they had a chance of bringing the big guy to stand trial in Israel you bet your ass they’d’ve used every intelligence resource they had to make it happen. And keep in mind the person they’d be looking for is a German vegetarian drug addict with IBS that doesn’t drink and has one of the most well known faces on the planet even now 80 years after his death. He would’ve stuck out.

It’s pretty interesting. I’m sure you’ve been through this much more thoroughly, but for anyone like me who isn’t familiar, this Wikipedia page seems to be a decent overview:

                https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Conspiracy_theories_about_Adolf_Hitler’s_death

It mentions some dental evidence that Hitler did die. Plenty of them escaped though, and the USA even made sure to support the Nazis it found most useful, both overseas and at home.
