You’re right, britian, Poland, and France are blameless for rejecting ussr offers of an alliance and that more fields of dead Slavs would be a good outcome.

The French resistance were impressive, but they had significant aid, lots of French jew were killed because the state and police actively supported Nazi efforts https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Holocaust_in_France, the Nazis never regarded ethnically French people as untermensch to be worked to death in camps so they didn’t face the same systemic murder that Slavic people did, the policy of lebensraum didn’t target fench lands for “emptying”.
