Lucy Powell says Labour has to be bolder after winning deputy leadership election against Bridget Phillipson

Powell, who beat Bridget Phillipson in the election, says she will try to "wrestle back the political megaphone" as Labour have let "Farage run away with it".

  Inferior in most ways, IMO. But if she knows how to fill out a tax return… could be a slight improvement.
