Someone saw it and ratted. Until proven Discord shared the info, it’s a little dangerous to make the assumption.

One of the simplest answers is that someone likely was using it at work, and just left a window open while they went to the bathroom. Someone saw it and ratted. Until proven Discord shared the info, it’s a little dangerous to make the assumption.
