I’m currently going for more fiber, protein and wholemeal rather than processed carbohydrates in my diet, so this is what lots of my meals look like now. Well, maybe a bit less silly looking, so for example salad with beans or lentils.
It is kind of funny to me, though, how I was taught to eat a slice of bread or noodles or such along with it, but then I don’t and like, it’s fine? I’m not hungry or anything afterwards. It just feels silly to put that many quickly accessible calories into my body, when I’m not gonna use them.
