Seriously why is it so hard to not compartmentalize? 😭
I taught myself to not feel my feelings. I feel great now. Being depressed is better than being overly emotional and unstable.
What are these ‘feelings’ you speak of?
Are these “feelings” in this room with us?
Intellectualizing your feelings? If youre trying not to deal with them, shouldnt you be smoothbraining your emotions?
