She was a killer in Japan, in WWE they brought her into NXT, hotshotted the title on her and brought her up right away with Stephanie Vaquer but Vaquer exploded in a way she didn’t (better english and the devil’s kiss + bookers gooning on commentary going viral) and since then they put the US title on her, had her do nothing with it her whole reign and just dropped it back to (i think) chelsea green, so she’s been basically neutered. WWE isn’t sure what to do with her since she hasn’t gotten the response vaquer has and most people are afraid she’s gonna probably end up partnering along with Asuka/Kairi/Io cause what else does WWE do when they have a minority they don’t have ideas for?
