a few years ago I actually started DDP Yoga after messing up my back. it works, it REALLY works. it’s like “holy shit I can move again this is amazing” works. Seriously if you have any kind of movement issues try DDP Yoga.
I can’t up vote someone trimming the tree before 12/1 I don’t care how miraculous it is.
