Hey yall!
I want to start working out to get the booty gains, however i’ve never been much of a fitness enthusiast and would love some suggestions to make it all easier.
I’ve been a runner for a long time, and do yoga from time to time, but now i want to incorporate a bodyweight workout routine into my life, but i dont really know where to start.
The goal of the routine is to get better curves. Not sure if you guys have an app or a specific routine to recommend?

I dont have specific advice, but I have found cycling to be very fulfilling!
I’m a total twig, but its the one workout I do consistently and had shaped my body positively over time
