I can only assume this refers to the average price of retail, prepackaged units of things like bags of gummies or individually packaged vapes. I’ve never bought from a dispensary directly but my understanding is that they still sell by the gram, so idk what the fuck else it could refer to.
At least where I am they like to standardize on selling eigths or quarters as the main sizes you can buy for flower. It doesn’t always hold true, but it does seem to be the standard most companies try to accommodate and it makes sense.
