Looks more like a script with empty strings. Like those “Dear my friend %firstname%” spam emails that people often get.
This looks like every voicemail “transcript” I’ve ever read.
I can’t remember what the actual voicemail was about, but back in the early days of Google Voice, my dad left me one that got transcribed as “Hi, [name], I have the murder.”
