    @Aseelsehwel @palestine It’s an account with

    1. no followers;
    2. no follows.

    It’s someone who does not engage with the community, has no influence, and only seeks to make trouble. Report it, block it, and forget it (although your very courteous and dignified reply to this troll does you credit).

    I will not be able to help you this week, I’m afraid. I have limited money and the number of people needing support is large.

    You posted the exact comment a month ago. It seems like you are using Palestinian suffering to grift money from people. If that is true, it is disgusting.

        I’m skeptical because there was a similar one before and when I asked how you even cash in donations or spend money in a “war” zone the post was deleted.

        And your other post says you need $500 every week to feed 6 people. We were feeding a family of 4 on $100. It smells like a scam account.

          @BCsven You’re sceptical that rent needs to be paid every month?

          Or that the people who have been blocked from most means of receiving money are afraid of telling the details of the last remaining methods, fearing they would also be blocked?

          Or do you think that food in a place of ongoing genocide during forced starvation costs same as during other times in other places?

            That’s why I asked. Because any fake people ruin it for the real people.

            Last post wanting money, I just asked in seriousness how does the money get to you, and how do you actually spend cash in Gaza? And they deleted the post altogether. So that tells me the person was fake.

            This one says family of six, but the photos were of four individual people that didn’t seem to be family unit. Usually a family in need posts a family photo, rather than random headshots.

            Its OK to be skeptical and curious. Look how many fake Ukraine gofundmes there were when that broke out.

              @BCsven

              About the money, several options to receive it: Paypal, cryptocurrency, IBAN.

              About the photos, I can say that not everyone is comfortable to share their pictures online, for different reasons.

              @BCsven You’re not curious. Than you would have found out by which means Palestinians in Gaza have been surviving this genocide during the last 3 years. You’re judgemental and accusatory.

                My approach may have been harsh, I gave seen too many grifts for Palestine and ukraine I guess.

                And what is happening in Gaza is horrible, and the world’s leaders are complicIt or actually sending aid while also arming Israel.

                I still get the vibe from the photos in the funsig link that something is off. The one photo has a look like photo shop or AI. And they all seem the same age. Most with a family in need take a family selfie so you can see the family you are aupporting

            Sure. That is fine. Unfortunately Linking to a new website doesn’t prove anything in these times. What Israel is doing is disgusting, and my heart goes out to all Palestinians (not Hamas, obviously).
            But there have been a lot of scammers, claiming the same.
