Glow lube is the best.
You actually do glow very faintly! Not enough to be visible to the naked eye, but enough that we can detect it using sensors.

This is just a misinformed person. The crack in the glow stick comes from breaking a glass vial inside the stick. The glowing comes from the fact that the plastic tube contains one chemical and the glass vial contains another, and they react to create a glow.
So all you need is to inject some chemicals!
