Well, it’s a bike.
With a roof, side doors etc. On a bike there is infinite space upwards and outwards.
Yeah but how much of that is useful as opposed to just… there. It’s a bike, you’re going to struggle to try to get passengers or oversized cargo on it. Having infinite space out to the sides is only helpful if you’re especially claustrophobic. Having infinite space upwards only helps if you’re too tall for the containment. A bike doesn’t benefit from all that space.

Cool idea, but it’s fucking ugly. The writer of that article is a bit of a wanker, too.
This is a bullshit concept art piece belonging in a Cyberpunk art gallery, and not the real world.
It looks dozens of times more dangerous than contemporary motorcycles.
The fact that it appears to be designed such that it can’t actually steer certainly isn’t going to help.
