That was honestly the most disturbing piece of art I’ve ever seen. I’d say it’s a disturbing masterpiece in a way. I’ve had my share of unpleasant horror films but none have made me feel like this. I’d love to start a discussion about this film. What does everyone else think? What made it so effective?

    Omg I love the lighthouse. I mean it was a lot and I def didn’t know how to feel about it immediately after or during, but now that I’ve had time to reflect I love it! I’ve been meaning to rewatch it

      Yeah, i’m still sitting on it. It’s a great film no doubt. It’s disturbing as all hell. The greek tragedy thing never really appealed to me though. I read Robert Pattinson said in an interview that the film is a comedy and I can see that. What’s the saying; “Play comedy like tragedy and play tragedy like comedy”? Mission accomplished if that was the goal. The film is hilarious in a way.
