While many may be tempted to cut the U.S. off as an ally and partner, I hope our friends don’t give up on us so easily.

    Again! For most of the world, the US is a now malign actor again.

    This is the second time I can personally remember, the first being George W. Bush’s presidency.

    Before then was Reagan. Before then was Nixon.
