I know I’m preaching to the choir but I’m so sick of passive voice reporting. “Critics accuse Trump of” is such a pussy way of saying “Trump did.” Like he’s being accused of this, but that’s because he did it. This does flagrantly break the law. And saying this complaint is coming from his critics is ridiculously dismissive. I wish the headline writers at any major news orgs had half a backbone. Al Jazeera is the only major outlet I can think of that doesn’t do this shit constantly, and a smaller outlet is Futurism but they don’t do original reporting
