Thank you guys, I have figured out the issue and addressed it!
I can’t tell if it will automatically become available in the missing countries or if we have to wait till the next update. I’ll check back in a day and let you know the status.

Thanks for your efforts. I can confirm that Interstellar is now available in the App Store in Poland. I just installed it 👍
Btw, I recently updated the Polish translation.
