Dang, thanks, a double post happened twice now with blorp, although i didn’t notice if it was a crosspost last time before i deleted it.
Blorp dev here. Really sorry about this. Any chance you can describe in as much detail as possible what happened before and after the double post? I’ll see if I can get this fixed.
I’m trying to figure out if you:
- Clicked the button once and Blorp created two posts
- Or, if you clicked the button once, Blorp didn’t make it obvious the post was already created, and then you clicked the button a second time.
At least those are two theories of mine. I would consider either of those a bug and something I can improve.
The first time I wasn’t paying as much attention and could have hit the confirm button twice and realized an hour later that two posts had been created.
Because of that, the second time I posted I was careful to only hit the confirm button once after creating the post, then received the comment that the post had somehow also been cross posted to the same community.
It looks like in both instances the second post was created in the same moment the first post was created.
