Diplomatic sources cited by the Ukrainian outlet Kyiv Post said Zelensky plans to travel to Florida in the coming days to hold talks with Trump at his Mar-a-Lago residence. One of the sources told the newspaper that the visit could take place on Sunday, December 28, “if everything goes according to plan.”

The announcement follows a phone call held last Thursday between Zelensky and White House envoys Jared Kushner and Steve Witkoff, during which the parties discussed what were described as “new ideas” regarding upcoming meetings.
