It might ask you to subscribe to a newsletter but I don’t see that and I turned off ad block. Also the studies are peer reviewed, unless you don’t believe https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC3249408 is peer reviewed. You probably have adware on your local browser.
