Major content and polish update featuring new vehicles, uniforms, tools, fixes, and news about the progress on the Hungary DLC, South Tunisia and roadmap plans going into 2026.
It is one of the games I am most comfortable recommending as it is such a no-bullshit generally solid experience.
The historical accuracy is also really cool as every battle, vehicle and context feels specific and unique because it was inspired by something specific and unique. Wargaming enthusiasts often highly value historical accuracy and this game is an awesome example of why. Beyond the obvious reasons of wanting to get facts straight to get facts straight Easy Red 2 demonstrates that historical accuracy can bring a richness and diversity to gameplay experiences that anybody can appreciate even if they don’t particularly care either way about historical accuracy. I love the diversity of vehicles and weapons, it is so much more fun than just the normal narrow repetitive range of battles that are portrayed in WW2 shooters.
