I suppose this project will take at least a decade. So they have some time to reform the areas being served. But if the areas around the train stops arent walkable, then few will take the train. After all, few people have 2 cars to leave at opposite ends of a rail line.
It’s indended to ease the congested 405, walkable is not in the cards here.

Sorry there is a gross misunderstanding. Yes the hubs are walkable, the route is not.
