sucking at something is the first step to getting sorta good at something
i already have a tablet i use for watching videos and taking notes, and have wanted to get into doing art. so, i installed krita in the hopes of eventually getting some of the rare bursts of inspiration from my mind into a visual form.
just been messing around with learning the program, and i am fascinated with the fact that a few simple lines can translate into something that’s actually recognizable. no idea where this piece is going to go and end up at, but hopefully i will stick with it
Looks good! Staring at a blank canvas is always the toughest part, so good on you for putting lines down. Simple lines really are powerful. Being able to take an object and simplify it down as much as possible is an important skill for art. Krita’s a great program, too.
