Worst is when they wait for you to say something back before asking you whatever they want. Like just get it over with.

I have no reason to engage with anyone when I am not at work. If you need something, it can wait until 7:01 Monday morning. If it’s urgent, you shouldn’t be talking to me. If it’s an emergency only I am capable of solving, then not only is the company fucked in many ways, but you should have started with a concise paragraph of what is needed.
